A Fun Little Thing

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Well I've debated these last few minutes about whether to leave my first memory of you or the memory that came to mind first... so I'll share both. The first memory I have of Nivette is of sharing birthday cake with her and "the boys" on our 18th birthday. I had gotten 3 cakes and couldn't eat them all on my own so we had a great time sharing with our "current crushes"... so what if her, I, and my current roommate at the time all liked the same guy.. haha! Good times. There are so many memories with you Nivette! Another memory is of her and I spending countless hours either online or on the phone talking to our future husbands. Watching Shrek and Emperor's New Groove over and over and laughing histarically. I could fill an entire page for days of my memories with you!

I can recall you coming to at least one "party" at my house in the wilderness back in the day. As I remember it, your Dad drove you and some friends out and I think that he brought his telescope?!

Congrats to you, Matt and Ellerie by the way! Hope the baby cooking is going well!

Well one memory I have of you all that always sticks out, is when we were in the marriage and family Sunday school class and Matt was saying that you were smarter than him, and how he was so grateful that you want to stay home with your kids and apply all of your smarts to your family and home, etc.

I remember you smiling at me after you got your braces off.

Too many memories of the "fuss budget" to share. But I did call and read you that paper about doing your homework and practicing piano nicely instead of putting your fingers in your ears while sticking out your tongue as I nagged you about it.

Well, I remember a VERY long day of sitting at a craft fair. I did enjoy getting to know you more. Can I post about future memories? I remember us living next door to each other. :)
